A night at the East Village

| 7.10.2009

She got off work at 4:30pm.
He picked her up, drove down to 6th and 1st Ave. and parked.
She took a picture of an interesting piece of art.
They walked a couple of blocks to Cafe Cortadito.
Best Cuban resto that they know of.
Their appetizer: Empanaditas de Carne - Mini beef turnovers with a chimichurri salsa
For the entree, she had Churrasco - Grilled steak skirt with chimichurri salsa (rice and fried egg).
He had Arroz con Pollo - Classic Cuban chicken and yellow rice.
Sorry, they were too hungry and didn't bother to take pictures anymore. :)
They had Tres Leches for dessert.

After dinner, they went to a friend's birthday party.
(HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREGORY!!!)
HERS & HIS.
HIS & HERS.
She.
Some cool graffiti (Bowery and E. Houston) on their way home.
The end.
